An Introduction to Practical Archetypal Astrology

In September 2024 I taught my first-ever introductory astrology course (in 48 years of practicing!) to teach my passion to the public. I will now teach the four modules again starting in April this year. It is advantageous to take Part I before taking Parts II - IV unless you are already adept at deciphering a chart.
Course Description
This curriculum is structured as four consecutive nine-week courses, each building upon the last:
Part I – A Deep Dive for Beginners
Learn the symbolic meanings of planets, signs, and houses, laying the groundwork for astrological literacy. You’ll move from confusion to clarity, beginning to see the chart as a map of archetypal dynamics. There is homework assigned each week and if you complete it, you will be able to decipher an astrological chart.
Part II – Natal Chart Practicum
Apply foundational knowledge to real-world birth charts. Learn how to see the psychological story told in the chart and how to recognize dominant patterns, life themes, and the soul's unfolding path.
Part III – Aspects and Transits Practicum
Discover how planets speak to one another through aspects, and how their current movements (transits) affect our lives in real time. You’ll learn to time decisions, understand turning points, and grasp the flow of archetypal energies.
Part IV – Synastry Charts Practicum
Delve into the astrology of relationships. Explore how two natal charts interact—illuminating dynamics between friends, partners, family members, and even colleagues. This is astrology in service of deeper relational awareness.
Each course is hands-on, practical, and cumulative. You may take them individually, but together they form a cohesive and transformative journey.
